Visit an “ancient Armenian ethno-system”, an ethnographic museum Machanents, wine tasting, baking of lavash bread, and an “ancient Armenian cuisine” style dinner. The place is in Echmiadzin – Armenian Vatican, 25 kilometers from Yerevan. The ethno house is built on the “Pilgrims” Street. The alternative name of the street is Cherry Blossom Street. The locals believe cherry trees in blossom bring happiness. During the period of April 10-25, the entire street is in blossom. The tour includes a walk in Echmiadzin and attending a service at the Cathedral. Additional activities: visit to St. Gayane (built in 630 AD), St. Hripsime (built in 618 AD), Treasury Museum, a theatrical performance at Machanents Theatre, visit to eco-ethno-garden, master classes in pottery, photo sessions with Armenian folklore costumes, barbeque making, a visit to an artist’s workshop, a meeting with an musician, and other activities.

Depart Yerevan at 9:00. Visit the ethnographic museum Machanents, wine tasting, lavash baking, lunch.
